Product Details

Power Sleeves are 7mm neoprene knee sleeves for heavy leg days. They give your knees compression, warmth and a firm, supportive feel on squats, hack squats, leg press and lunges, so you can stay focused on your form under load. Sold as a pair in Small, Medium and Large.

Why 7mm neoprene

Thinner 3mm to 5mm sleeves suit general training and movements with more range or impact. 7mm is the common choice for heavy squatting because it gives a firmer, more structured feel. We refined the Power Sleeves design through several rounds of testing with lifters to balance structure, comfort and durability.

Key features

  • 7mm neoprene construction
  • Structured knee support for lower-body training
  • Secure, comfortable fit that stays in place through the set
  • Sold as a pair

How knee sleeves should fit

Snug enough that they do not slide down during a set, not so tight that they pinch behind the knee. A new pair feels tight and takes effort to pull on; that is normal for 7mm neoprene. Check the size guide on this page before you order, and if you are between sizes, our 30-day returns let you swap.

Knee sleeves vs knee wraps

Sleeves are a pull-on tube that gives compression and warmth for your whole session. Knee wraps are long elastic bands wound tightly for a single heavy set and give much more rebound. Most gym-goers and bodybuilders want sleeves; wraps are a specialist powerlifting tool.

FAQ

Do knee sleeves stop knee injuries?

No. Knee sleeves provide compression, warmth and a feeling of stability. They are not braces and do not treat injuries. If your knees hurt, get them checked by a professional.

Are knee sleeves good for squats?

Yes, squats are the main reason lifters buy them. They are also popular for hack squats, leg press and lunges.

Is 7mm too thick for me?

7mm suits heavy leg work. If you mainly do high-rep, jumping or running-based training, a thinner sleeve may feel freer.

Do I get one sleeve or two?

Two. Power Sleeves are sold as a pair.

How do I clean them?

Wipe them down or rinse them after sweaty sessions and let them air-dry fully, away from direct heat.
