United Kingdom & United States Most orders are dispatched from our UK or US warehouse and arrive within 2–5 working days. Delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your location and the product ordered.

Tracking A tracking code will be sent to your email within 72 hours of placing your order. If you haven't received yours, contact us at support@fit-tech.shop or via our contact page.

Haven't received your order? If your order hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe please get in touch and we'll resolve it immediately.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed collection are not eligible for a refund. We're happy to arrange reshipment once the correct address is confirmed — additional shipping costs may apply.
